4) Contact your local post to confirm the item arrived
For some reasons, no one signed for the parcel and the couriers retruned the parcel back to local post. Or clerks in post are very busy and your parcel are ignored. We suggest you to contact your local post if your seller told you you items had been send out one month ago but you still do not get it.
