* Create an agenda for the call<br />
* Make a test call a at least a day prior to the conference call meeting.  If there is a problem with the equipment have it replaced immediately.<span id="more-67"></span>* Have a moderator to monitor the call and all regulate the role off the participants of the call.  The moderator can brief the agenda to the listeners and also introduce the different participants of the call.<br />
* be punctual.<br />
* Introduce yourself when you are speaking for the first time in a particular audio conference.<br />
* Maintain an even tone during the call.  Ask the people at the other side of the call if you are audible enough.<br />
