Make an audio conferencing effective

Posted on 7th June 2009 in Communication

Audio conferences have allowed two or more people to communicate simultaneously in a single call.  Businesses use audio conferences avidly to conduct remote meetings and discussion where more than two people are involved.  It is seen as a cost effective way of conducting short meetings and conversations.  To make conference calls effective,  there is a certain level of decorum that has to be maintained.  Here are some tips that can help you make conference calls effective.
* Create an agenda for the call
* Make a test call a at least a day prior to the conference call meeting.  If there is a problem with the equipment have it replaced immediately.
